Apparently it will let me do two at a time. Again, adjust marinade to number of chicken breasts. Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil |
2 lemons, cut into 1/4-inch rounds |
1 bunch fresh rosemary, finely minced |
1 bunch fresh thyme, finely minced |
15 sage leaves, finely minced |
6 garlic cloves, finely minced |
1 cup olive oil |
1 cup coconut milk |
1/2 cup lime juice |
2 tablespoons lime zest |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade. |
