This is number four of the eight I am posting from the Dallas Morning News. Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil |
1 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup dijon mustard |
6 garlic cloves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts and marinade in a zip-lock freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade. |
