One of the best vegetable marinades I've ever found. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar or 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup white vinegar or 1/2 cup other flavored vinegar, you like |
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Pour over mixed florets of brocolli and/or cauliflower, purple onion rings, sliced stuffed olives, sliced carrots, cucumbers, radishes- etc. 3. Chill marinated vegetables at least 3 hours. |
