Marinade for Vegetables

One of the best vegetable marinades I've ever found.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar or 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white vinegar or 1/2 cup other flavored vinegar, you like
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour over mixed florets of brocolli and/or cauliflower, purple onion rings, sliced stuffed olives, sliced carrots, cucumbers, radishes- etc.
3. Chill marinated vegetables at least 3 hours.
