From an auto-glass company's compilation cookbook which was given out as a gift. It contains recipes from all different insurance companies in the US. This was submitted by Craig WIlliams from State Farm in Mobile, Alabama. I like that it has so few ingredients that I keep on hand and it is not sweet which is a plus for DH who has type 2 diabetes. I haven't tried it but wanted to get it on-line. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped |
season salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients. 2. Marinate steaks in this mixture overnight in refrigerator, turning ocassionally. 3. Grill meat to your liking. |
