This marinade is versatile, very tasty, and easy! Cook time is marinade time. Use your choice of chicken, pork, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/3 cup sesame oil |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced finely |
1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated |
black pepper |
chili pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a container. 2. Use your choice of chicken, pork, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc. 3. Marinade for 2 or more hours. 4. And grill. 5. Enjoy! |
