3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup white wine |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag or container and marinate in fridge for 1 hour or so - turn after 30 minutes. 2. Then grill, basting as fish cooks. Cook about 7-8 minutes on each side. |
