Chocolate Clusters with a twist...mini-marshmallows, chopped pecans and semi-sweet chocolate chips...a heavenly combination! Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate candy coating disks |
1 cup mini-colored fruit flavored marshmallows |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. 2. Put chocolate coating disks into micro-wave safe bowl or pot. Melt on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat till the chocolate is melted. 3. While chocolate is melting, put rest of ingredients in lrg. bowl and when chocolate coating is ready, pour it over and mix, making sure everything is well coated, but not overly. (NOTE: I am trying to picture the amts. of the ingredients as I didn't measure when I made this recipe. It is one of those that I dreamt about and then made. So this IS my own original recipe!) 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate for 15 mins. or until set and shiny. (To make these fancier, instead of dropping onto waxed paper, drop into candy cups placed onto cookie sheet with sides and then refrigerate as above.) 5. These are addictive!!! Hubby & I are really enjoying them & I hope you will enjoy too! |
