A VERY different version of Ambrosia. I was told about this recipe from my sister, and my grandmother's good friend gave it to me to try. Simple, and Surprisingly Yummy! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup pineapple juice, reserved from can |
3 1/2 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping |
1 cup mini marshmallows |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine pudding mix and pineapple juice, and set aside to thicken. 2. Meanwhile, strain the pineapple to remove the rest of the liquid. 3. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture. Add marshmallows, and pineapple, and gently fold until combined. 4. That's it! It is so easy. When my sis told me about this, I was a bit skeptical, I will admit, but it is just wonderful! Great on a warm night. I hope you like it! |
