My sister Marie created this, and we all love it! I use GF pasta - you can use any type or shape of pasta. Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
3 fresh garlic cloves, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, cut bite sized |
1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced and drained |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded |
2 cups cooked pasta (gf) |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (or more, to taste) |
Directions:
1. Saute everything together in 1 tablespoon olive oil, except for pasta. Stir in cooked pasta. Drizzle 1 teaspoons olive oil over pasta, sprinkle on Italian seasoning, and lightly toss. Serve. |
