This tangy tomato-based sauce is just the ticket for meat loaf! It's old as the hills, but still relevant and very good! Ingredients:
1 small can tomato sauce |
2 tbsp. vinegar |
2 tbsp. molasses |
2 tbsp. prepared mustard |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix together and pour over meat loaf. 2. Michele pours half the mixture over the meatloaf before baking. 3. The other half is heated in a saucepan and used at time of plating. |
