A co-worker was eating this dish one day and before we knew it, the whole office was hooked. It's light, refreshing and fat free. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
lemon, juiced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Toss the cucumber slices in a bowl with chili powder, lemon juice, and salt until well mixed. Serve immediately. |
