The grated onion really makes thsi moist. Freezee any uncooked burgers for later. Amount depends on how big you like your burgers. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 egg |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 medium onion, grated fine |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 fresh garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Peel and grates onions and garlic cloves. 2. Mix in spices and eggs. 3. Add ground beef and breadcrumbs. Mix thorouughly with hands. 4. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. 5. Drizzle olive oil over hands (rubbing hands together) while making balls and then patties. 6. Freeze any unused burgers. |
