Marg's Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp ginger root
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
4 oz no yolks egg noodles (2 cups cooked)
Directions:
1. Cook noodles.
2. Heat about 1/2 cup broth to boiling in a large frypan. Add vegies, ginger root, garlic and cook 5-8 minutes until vegies are tender. Add more broth as necessary.
3. When all broth is absorbed and vegies are tender, stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and noodles.
