Marg's Beef , Cabbage and Vegetable Soup

Take off of the weight watchers cabbage soup except this won't make your stomach upset.
Ingredients:
1/2 head of cabbage
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup green beans
1/2 pound round steak
12 oz stewed tomatos
16 oz v-8 juice
1 cup corn
1 cup onion
Directions:
1. Put everything into a crock pot, add 1/2 packet of Lowry's Beef Stew Mix and cook for 7 hours on high. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Sara Lees Whole Wheat Bread (45 calories per slice).
