Marg's Beef , Cabbage and Vegetable Soup |

Take off of the weight watchers cabbage soup except this won't make your stomach upset. Ingredients:
1/2 head of cabbage |
1 cup carrots |
1 cup celery |
1 cup mushrooms |
1 cup green beans |
1/2 pound round steak |
12 oz stewed tomatos |
16 oz v-8 juice |
1 cup corn |
1 cup onion |
Directions:
1. Put everything into a crock pot, add 1/2 packet of Lowry's Beef Stew Mix and cook for 7 hours on high. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Sara Lees Whole Wheat Bread (45 calories per slice). |
