Recipe from a friend of mine. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
7 ounces pasta, cooked |
1 cup frozen peas |
1 cup cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onions. 2. Mix in corn, soup, milk, and seasonings. 3. Mix in cooked pasta and peas. 4. Add grated cheese. 5. Serve as is or bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. |
