Who says you can't have your pie and drink it too! This tastes like a Margarita. For when you're feeling adventerous... Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzel sticks |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 lb butter (melted) |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons tequila |
2 tablespoons triple sec |
1 -2 drop green food coloring |
1 can heavy cream (whipped) |
Directions:
1. Crust-. 2. Combine crushed pretzels and sugar. 3. Add melted butter. 4. Press into a nine inch pie pan and chill. 5. Filling-. 6. In a mixing bowl combine condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, and Triple Sec. 7. Add food coloring. 8. Fold whipped cream into mixture. 9. Pour into chilled crust and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. 10. Garnish with a slice of lime. |
