Ingredients:
1 cup dried navy beans |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup catsup |
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
3 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Boil beans 1 minute. 2. Soak two hours , then cook 15 minutes til tender. 3. Add water if necessary. 4. Leave the beans in the water. 5. Mix rest of the ingredients, EXCEPT bacon. 6. Put bacon in the bottom of the greased casserole dish. 7. Then beans, then sauce. 8. Bake 3 hours at 350. 9. Cover til halfway. 10. If drying add little catsup and water. |
