2/3 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup dry white wine |

Directions:
1. Combine clam juice, reserved oyster liquor and onion in slow cooker. 2. Cook on high 2-3 hours. 3. Combine wine and cornstarch. 4. Stir in oysters, wine and cornstarch; cover and cook 15 minutes. 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
