I found this recipe in my local newsoaper. I think this would make a lovely Christmas coffee drink. Ingredients:
1/2 ounce rumpleminze (or peppermint schnapps) |
1/2 ounce pinnacle whipped vodka |
black coffee |
hot cocoa |
whipped cream |
chocolate, sprikles (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Mix Schnapps and Vodka with equal parts black coffee and hot chocolate. Add a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
