Marcia's Baked Chicken Breast With Cheese and Cornbread Stuffing |

Simple, tasty. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 1/4 cups milk |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
6 ounces cornbread stuffing mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place thawed chicken breasts in 9 X 12 pan, cover with grated cheese. Mix soup with a little milk and lemon juice, spread over cheese. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix (as is, straight from the box). 3. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. |
