Was cleaning up the fridge and noticed the cream cheese lying inside since christmas .. so decided to make brownie for dis weekend Ingredients:
100 gm pure cocoa pwd |
150 gm butter |
2 eggs |
150 gm caster sugar |
1 egg |
75 gm castor sugar |
300 gm cream cheese |
2 tbsp sour cream |
225 gm all purpose flour |
3 tbsp milk |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter and the cocoa pwd at low flame , mixing with the wooden spoon . Cool it . 2. Beat the 2 eggs , sugar 3. Add to the cocoa mixture . 4. Preheat the oven to 180 deg 5. Beat 1 egg . 6. Add the cream cheese and the sour cream 7. Fold in the flour and the milk . 8. Pour it in the lined cake tin . 9. Pour the cocoa mixture on top . 10. Mix with the wooden spoon . 11. Bake for 40 mins 12. Cool it . Cut into pieces |
