From Cooking light - cheesecake squares Ingredients:
1 c graham cracker crumbs |
1 tbsp butter |
16 oz cream cheese fat free |
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese |
3/4 c sugar |
1/4 c splenda |
3 tbsp flour |
1 tbsp vanilla |
3 large egg whites |
1 large egg |
1 ounce semisweet chocolate |
Directions:
1. Oven 325. Place crumbs ( I used reduced fat graham crackers so calorie count would be a little less) in baking dish coated with Pam. Drizzle with butter and toss with a fork until moist. Press into bottom of pan and bake 325 for 8 min. Cool on wire rack. Place cheeses in large bowl, beat until smooth. Add sugar and Splenda, flour and beat well. Add vanilla , egg whites, and egg beat until blended - pour into prepared pan. Place chocolate in small microwavable bowl - microwave at high for 30 sec , stir and continue until melted. Drop melted chocolate onto cheese mixture to form 9 mounds. Swirl chocolate into batter using the tip of a knife. Bake 325 35 min. Cover and chill 4 hours |
