Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (6-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped |
1 cup chopped marshmallows |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, pecans, and vanilla, stirring well. Fold in whipped cream.
2. Spoon into 6 sherbet glasses. Chill at least 4 hours.
