If you can't find walnut oil, use peanut oil or whichever vegetable oil you have on hand. Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnut oil |
1/4 cup sherry vinegar |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week. |
