Because it turns rancid quickly, refrigerate after opening; it will keep for up to 3 months. Ingredients:

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
