Got this from ....Great dessert without alot of effort Ingredients:
4 sheets phyllo dough, thawed |
4 tsp. butter, melted |
1/2 cup maple syrup, divided |
2/3 cups walnuts, finely chopped |
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Brush one layer of dough with butter 3. Top with another sheet of dough and brush with butter 4. Another layer dough, then butter 5. Then top with last dough 6. Drizzle top layer with 1/4 cup maple syrup 7. Sprinkle with nuts 8. Using a pizza cutter, cut phyllo lengthwise into 4 strips 9. Cut each strip into six, making 24 rectangles 10. Transfer onto baking sheet 11. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden 12. Prepare pudding with milk according to box directions 13. Fold in whipped topping 14. On 8 dessert plates, place one phyllo rectangle 15. Spread about 1 tbls. of pudding mixture onto phyllo 16. Repeat 17. Top with last phyllo rectangle 18. Drizzle with maple syrup |
