Ingredients:
1 cup(s) maple syrup |
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh thyme |
2 pound(s) salmon, trimmed, skinned, and cut into 4 filets |
Directions:
1. In a large saute pan, stir together the maple syrup, soy sauce and thyme. Heat over medium until just bubbling around the edges. 2. Add the salmon filets and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until just barely pink at the middle and beginning to flake Use a slotted spoon to remove from the pan. 3. Serve with Skillet Potatoes |
