My Aunt reluctantly shared this recipe with me. Sometimes people just don't like to share the best secrets. This recipe is simple, simple, simple and truly to die for, even my picky kids love it. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/3 cup cornstarch |
1 cup pure maple syrup |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium sized sauce pan and add cornstarch then syrup. 2. Once heated add your milk and stir until thick. 3. Let cool a few minutes (do not let it set) and place into baked tart shells. |
