24 graham crackers |
1 stick butter |
1/2 cup pure maple syrup |
filling |
4 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened |
1 cup pure maple syrup |
4 large eggs |
1 tbls. vanilla |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
maple syrup to garnish |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 2. In food processor, grind graham crackers finely 3. Melt butter 4. In large bowl stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and maple syrup 5. Press evenly into bottom and up side of a 10 in. spring form pan 6. In bowl, beat cream cheese on low speed until smooth 7. Add syrup and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition Add vanilla and cream and beat until just combined 8. Pour filling into crust and bake in middle of oven 1 hour 9. Cool cheesecake in pan on cooling rack 10. When ready to serve, slice and drizzle with maple syrup |
