easy maple candy Ingredients:
2 cups pure maple syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Use a heavy-bottom saucepan. 2. Boil maple syrup over low heat, stirring until heated to 234F on your candy thermometer. 3. Remove from heat and let cool to 110°F 4. Beat in vanilla and salt until it is hard enough to be shaped into patties. |
