It has not been included in their cookbooks, but is so easy and delicious that I had to share. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup maple syrup |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 -2 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Cream eggs and Sugar together until creamy. 2. Add maple syrup, vanilla, butter, salt and pecans. 3. Coat pecans completely. 4. Pour into and unbaked 9 pie shell and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. |
