This is the easiest and best glaze for cheesecakes or even an ice-cream topper. Simple to make and taste devine! Ingredients:
3/4 cup pure maple syrup |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In medium-sized saucepan, combine 3/4 cup pure maple syrup and 1 cup (1/2pint) whipping cream; bring to a boil. 2. Boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened; stir occasionally. 3. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 4. Cover and chill until served. 5. Stir before serving. |
