This came from Quick And Easy Comfort Foods. I have not tried this recipe, just posting for future use. I plan to use Sugar Free pancake syrup in place of the Pure Maple Syrup. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans |
1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add pecans. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until pecans are toasted. 3. Stir in pure maple syrup and whipping cream. |
