A quick recipe that I came up with one night for dinner that my husband really liked and we have had again. Ingredients:
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup orange marmalade |
1 tablespoon mustard |
1 teaspoon parsley flakes |
1 lb chicken breast |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, with 2 tblspns. olive oil, fry the chicken breasts until almost done and nice and browned. 2. Stir together above first four ingredients and glaze the breasts in the pan for about 5 to 8 minutes and serve. |
