2/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
2/3 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2/3 cup unbleached flour |
2 tablespoons gluten |
1 tablespoon whey powder (i don't use) |
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in machine as directed by the manufacturer. 2. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent). |
