Ingredients:
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup unbleached flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1 tablespoon whey powder (i don't use)
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in machine as directed by the manufacturer.
2. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent).
