Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) chopped almonds |
1/4 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1/4 teaspoon(s) coarse salt |
3 1/2 cup(s) old fashioned rolled oats |
5 tablespoon(s) pure maple syrup |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract |
5 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together oats, nuts, salt, oil, syrup, and vanilla. 2. Spread oat mixture on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through. Let cool completely. (To store, cover and keep at room temperature, up to 2 weeks.) |
