This recipe goes with Apple-Stuffed Pork Loin with Maple-Mustard Sauce Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
5 tablespoons maple syrup |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon bourbon or apple juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2/3 cup. Stir in bourbon. Serve warm. |
