A restaurant near where I work makes the most amazing sweet potato fries with an incredibly delicious maple mayo dipping sauce. This is my take on the maple mayo dip....A pretty close copy if you ask me. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/8 cup pure maple syrup |
1 1/4 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or so.
3. Serve with sweet potato fries.
