An embarrassingly simple and tasty grilled appetizer Ingredients:
12 ounces kielbasa |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
metal skewers or bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water |
Directions:
1. Cut kielbasa into bite-size pieces. 2. Dip pieces into a mixture of maple syrup whisked with mustard. 3. Thread the kielbasa chunks onto skewers and grill over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side or until browned and heated through. |
