These are phenominal. My sister made these last Sunday at our family luncheon and everyone went ga-ga over them. Great carrot recipe sure to please all. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen baby carrots
1 medium white onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 can tomato soup undiluted
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until tender and drain. 2. Combine and heat remaining ingredients until sugar is melted about 5 minutes. 3. Pour over drained carrots then chill at least 2 hours.
