Maple Glazed Salmon [ or Trout ] |

Found in an old Canadian Living magazine then adapted a tiny bit. Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup |
5 teaspoons grainy mustard |
5 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 lbs salmon |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine ingredients but not salmon. 2. Arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet. 3. Spoon glaze over fish. 4. Bake on centre rack for 15 - 20 minutes at 425°F. |
