Salmon is delicous prepared this way! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1 1/2 tablespoons apple juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoons grated and peeled fresh ginger |
1 1/2 teaspoons country-style dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder |
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick |

Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Add salmon to bag; seal. 3. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes. 4. Remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade. Place salmon filets, skin side down, on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray. 5. Broil 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting salmon with reserved marinade. |
