1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. In a small bowl, stir together all glaze ingredients. 2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brush chicken generously with glaze. Place chicken on gas grill over medium or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. 3. Cook 8-12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing occasionally with glaze. |
