3 cups carrots-peeled and sliced |
2 tbs. butter |
2 tbs. brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp. dill-chopped |
1/2 tsp.salt |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
Directions:
1. place carrots in a skillet,pour enough water to just cover 2. bring to a boil,over medium heat 3. simmer until water has evaporated and carrots are tender 4. stir in rest of the ingredients 5. cook for 1-2 minutes and serve |
