This dressing is especially good on mesclun or baby spinach. Tastes better if refrigerated a day ahead. Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil or 3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 cloves minced garlic |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Very simple. 2. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. 3. Shake again before serving. |
