This is a Fall favorite in my home.... Wonderful on pumpkin, spice or carrot cakes. Passive cook time is to bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature |
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature |
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 cup pure maple syrup |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. 2. Add powdered sugar, maple syrup and vanilla; beat until smooth. |
