Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup white flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Beat eggs and add maple syrup, milk and butter.
3. Stir in dry ingredients. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
4. Bake 20 minutes at 400 or until golden.
