This is from my Southern Living cookbook. It is a sweet dessert coffee. Ingredients:
1 cup half-and-half |
1/4 cup pure maple syrup |
1 cup fresh brewed coffee |
sweetened whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Combine half and half and syrup in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated (do not boil!). 2. Stir in coffee. 3. Serve with sweet whipped cream. |
