1 cup water |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. cook oats to package directions. 2. add protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon and stir well. 3. add rasins if desired. |
