Light, fluffy cookie that is not too sweet, with a hint of cinnamon and maple flavor. Ingredients:
4 egg yolks |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Cream together egg yolks and butter. 2. Add maple syrup, sugar, and cinnamon before stirring. 3. Add flour and beat until a biscuit-like dough is formed. 4. Scoop onto baking sheet coated in non-stick spray. Bake at 370 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are brown. |
